Our Annual Golf Tournament
Played at various local courses, our annual tournament provides our primary source of funding. Competitors pay a fee to play and local businesses purchase advertisement space which is displayed at various holes around the course. The format is a shotgun start, with teams of three players each. Cash payouts are awarded for the three highest scoring teams in each of the three flights. Student athletes receive appropriate gift certificates.
We welcome competitors of all ages and gender.
The tournament fee includes 18 holes of golf, a cart and lunch. Many players are recipients of door prizes. A grand prize goes to one lucky competitor.
Each competitor is invited to participate in our "split-the-pot." A winning ticket, purchased at $5 each or 3 for $10,
is drawn at the end of the day. We split the value equally with the winner.
